Permissions and Agreements
- Commissioned work and prints are for personal use only. No redistributions of the artwork is prohibited (no NFTs, no AI usage, etc)
- For commercial purposes, further discussions are required
- Do not make edits or alterations to my artwork, remove watermarks, or trace
- Reposting commissioned art with credits (daniel.p_art) is fine
- Do not claim my artwork as yours
- Commissioned work may be posted to my social media pages, indicated as a commission (if you do not want me to, then let me know)
- I have the right to decline a commission I do not feel comfortable drawing
- Final files will be available for download upon completion
- Please make sure to save finished artwork promptly (I cannot guarantee permanent storage of your files after 30 days)Payment
- All payments will be made through PayPal ($USD)
- All payments will be upfront in full, or 50% can be paid upfront, and the remaining 50% after I complete the sketch
- Pricing depends on many factors, which can be negotiatedRevisions and Refunds
- There are no refunds unless I am unable to complete the artwork
- Minor changes may be made to the sketch before final payment
- Major changes after approval may incur an additional feeOrdering and Progress
- All communications will take place over email and/or social media DMs
- The more detailed your descriptions and references are, the better I can illustrate your vision!
- A sketch will be sent out first as a PNG or JPG with a watermark
- Only upon approval of the sketch will the final artwork be drafted
- Work in progress (WIP) updates can be provided
- The final artwork will be sent as a high-resolution PNG or JPG (other formats can be requested). Only with the final payment will the watermark be removedTurn-around Time
- Artwork may take between 1 - 4 weeks to complete
- Responses to contacts 1 - 3 business days
- If I experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances, I will notify you as soon as possible. I appreciate your patience and understanding
